This album cover has heavily influenced ours, in the hope that we can enhance and transform this piece into our own style. The cover is very simple yet effective, showing lots of the performer himself, essentially what we want to be achieving as the indie/rock genre we have chosen is largely performanced based. The plain white background helps add to this enabling the artist to stand out, and also on reflection showing that like in the song he has 'nothing'.

Progress

Currently we are on completion of filming and editing, it is now that we are adding the final touches to make the video professional, its these small things that count. We are underway with our ancilliary texts, and have looked ofr inspiration from the likes of Olly Murs and Ellie Goulding for our particular pieces.

Ancillary Text Shoot

Images taken from the photo shoot for the Ancillary Texts. The Main song of the album and our chosen song for performance is 'Nothing', which tells the story of a girl that is no longer around. In the image we have tried to represent or atleast give the audience clues to this by involving a photo frame, and the artist with expressions of reflection.
